What are we doing to prevent the spread of COVID19? Sessions are 50 minutes long to remove client crossover and allow thorough cleaning of equipment and high touch surfaces between clients. Non slip footwear is a WHS requirement as well as hand washing before and after your session. Please bring your own freshly laundered towel if you require one for a headrest. Please wait outside the studio until the person before you exits, and ensure your payment had been made via bank transfer prior to the session. After your session please take your belongings into the waiting area to exit promptly. Please advise the instructor if you have any COVID19 symptoms, especially a fever or cough and do not attend if you have symptoms prior to your session.
REDZED Pilates aims to educate clients in movement using the Pilates principles, to facilitate personal progression and promote functional movement patterns.
Sessions are client focussed and aim to progress your personal goals, be that sports recovery; balance, strength and flexibility; improved posture; functional movement; longevity; pre and post natal recovery; general toning or competitive training goals.
Equipment based sessions are offered as private, duet (two clients) or semi-private (up to 4) 50 min sessions. Individual programs are tailored to the client's body and goals.
Instructor is certified with the Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction and has been registered with the Industry peak body, Pilates Alliance Australasia since 2007.
